Hey Bulldogs!  The Day of Service Student Leadership team is having their first meeting to kick off the planning for this year's Day of Service. We are looking for new some more members.  If you like organizing, coming up with new ideas and making them happen with the goal of giving back to your community then come join us on Friday, January 24th in Room 201 at 7:20am.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Gaynor at [email protected]

 

"The Association of Students for Tolerance--AST--congratulates Mr. Fuller's English class for bringing in the most childrens' books.  Mr. Fuller's classes donated a whopping 1600 children's books, over half of the 3100 books that AST dropped off at Bernie's Book Drive last month.  Those 3100 books were almost twice as many as RB donated last year!!! To celebrate their awesomeness, all of Fuller's English classes will enjoy donuts today!

 

Enjoy Bill’s Place for lunch, a snack or dinner!  Chef’s Night Out at Bill’s Place on Tuesday, January 28th from 11am-8pm.  1146 N. Maple; LaGrange Park. RBHS Sports Boosters will receive 20% of sales.  Come for a delicious gyro, chicken sandwich, hamburger, salad and have some fries and ice cream too!  GO BULLDOGS! Minority Empowerment Club will meet today and every Tuesday now through the month of February as we prepare for Black History.  If you want to help, but cannot make the meetings, please see Mrs. Lojas.

 

Helps students in need, RB along with Aeropostale is accepting used and or old jean donations.  Boxes will be at Door A,G, Art Pit, Main Gym and Cafeteria starting today through February 28th. Students who bring in jeans to lunch on the 24th will receive free ice cream!

 

For any Girls Interested in participating in Track and Field this year, there will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 22nd in room 214 at 3:15. No experience necessary and all are welcome. Any questions see Coach Robins, Coach Jensen, Coach Marsh, or Coach Sorrentino. See you there!

 

Can you Run? Or jump? Or Throw?  If so, Boy’s Track and Field might be for you. Any boy interested in joining Boy’s Track and Field this season should attend an informational meeting on Thursday, January 23rd at 3:25 in the Forum Room 130 across from the main gym.  If you can not attend the meeting or have any questions, please see Coach Weishaar (why-sar) in Room 258.
