Tomorrow is world smile day. If you have a shirt with a smiley face or a positive message,  please wear it. Yellow will work too!

It's Banned Books Week and RBLibrary is celebrating everyone's right to read. In 2020, the American Library Association tracked 156 challenges to library, school, and university materials and services. 273 books were targeted in these challenges. Here are the 6th thru 10th most challenged books from the reported challenges: #10: The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas; #9: The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison; #8: Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck; #7: To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee; and #6: Something Happened in Our Town: A Child's Story About Racial Injustice by Marianne Celano, Marietta Collins, and Ann Hazzard. Listen to tomorrow morning's announcements for the top 5, and stand up for your right to read this week, and every week, by reading and sharing books that you enjoy!
