There will be pre-season strength & conditioning workouts for anyone interested in preparing for the upcoming baseball season on Wednesday & Thursday mornings from 645am to 730am in the weight room. The SA sponsored Blood Drive is on Wednesday, November 10 from 8 am to 2 pm in the East Gym. We will again be signing up donors today during all of the lunches. Anyone 16 and older, weighing over 110 lbs, and in good health may donate blood. Please consider blood donation, your one pint of blood can help save 3 lives

Bryce ran the 3-mile race in 18 minutes and 58 seconds, Gianna's time was 19 mins 45 secs.
The boy's team finished as the 5th place team. It has been 49 years since the boy's team placed this close to the top. Paul Proteau finished on the podium in 3rd place overall. Cooper Marrs also achieved All-State status by finishing in 22nd place.
