If you're looking for a quiet place after school to complete homework, please sign up to attend Homework Hangout. The sign-up form is located on the RB website under the Student Tab. Homework Hangout will be open from 3:05-4 pm but you will need to sign up to attend.

RBLibrary is celebrating Freedom to Read Week by sharing information about book bans across the country and how you can defend your freedom to read. Each year the American Library Association collects data on books that have been challenged or banned across the country and releases a top 10 list of the most challenged books. Here are the top 5:

  1. The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas
  2. Out of Darkness by Ashley Hope Perez
  3. All Boys Aren’t Blue by George M. Johnson
  4. Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison
  5. Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe

To see more titles that have been challenged or banned from schools and libraries, come see the displays in RBLibrary and the resources in the RBLibrary Schoology group.

Hey Bulldogs! This message is for anyone who is interested in joining the RB Hip Hop Club! Liked what you saw at the Pep Rally and Homecoming Game? The Hip Hop Club is a student-lead group that performs throughout the school year at various events, including but not limited to football and basketball games. There is an open to all meeting today after school in the Faculty Cafeteria, so come out for more information!
