Students Attend United States Hispanic Leadership Institute National Conference

Riverside Brookfield High School students attended the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHLI) National Conference in Chicago! Over the last four decades, the USHLI Conference has evolved into the premier Hispanic leadership conference in the nation, with over 5,000 students, educators, and young professionals attending each year. The National Conference provides an opportunity for students and young professionals to interact with recruiters and future employers at the Career and Undergraduate College Recruitment Fair. Over 50 colleges and universities across 12 states and companies such as the American Federation of Teachers, ComEd, FedEx, National Education Association, State Farm, U.S. Air Force National Guard, U.S. Department of Defense, and many more are in attendance. Students also listened to nationally prominent speakers and presenters in interactive workshops and forums. Thank you to Mrs. Carey, Mrs. Marquez, and Mr. Venegas for providing RB students with this invaluable experience!
