Are you a student curious about career opportunities in the skilled trades? Join us for an informative session designed for students and families to learn about pathways to success after high school on Thursday, April 10th at 6:30 PM in the RB Auditorium.
Guest speaker Ericka Kouba, Career Coordinator at Des Plaines Valley Region (DVR), will share insights on:
- High-demand careers in the trades
- Benefits of pursuing a skilled trade profession
- How to get started in a trade career
- Resources available to students
Ericka will also provide information on the DVR Summer Trades Boot Camp, a paid program for rising seniors to explore trade careers, gain real-world experience, and prepare for future apprenticeships and careers.
This event is open to all students and families, though it is especially beneficial for current juniors. We hope to see you there!
