The Applied Arts Department is committed to the belief that each student will be provided with a foundation to build upon for college and career education.  The department consists of courses in business and technology, family and consumer sciences, industrial technology, technology education (pre-architecture and pre-engineering), television and radio production, and work experience internships. 

Career clusters link what students learn at RBHS with the knowledge and skills they need for success in college and careers.  They also identify pathways from RBHS to 2- and 4- year colleges, graduate school, and the workplace, so students can learn in school and what they can do in the future.
